The way I like to use the clenbuterol is pretty simple
and straightforward. Since the side effects aren’t so bad for me, I can
tolerate higher dosages and I use it from Monday through Saturday. I take
Sundays off because it is my off day from the gym as well. I kind of use
clenbuterol like a pre-workout supplement, which means that every day which I
work out I take a dosage of clenbuterol one hour before I go to the gym to lift
weights.
By taking clenbuterol one hour before my workouts it
gives me incredible energy and stamina to have long energy full workouts. My
typical workouts usually last roughly a half an hour to an hour just lifting
weights. After I am done lifting weights I am typically still feeling quite
energized and head straight to the treadmill to do some cardio. Generally I do
about an hour of cardio, it really depends on just how much time I have left
for the day; energy wise I am good to go.
I know a lot of people think or use clenbuterol just
on its own and expect to lose weight. And yes some people do actually lose some
weight while doing nothing but clenbuterol. However I don’t subscribe to that
type of thinking and by using clenbuterol in conjunction with my workouts and
my cardio I am able to lose tons of fat very quickly without much change to my
diet.
Too many people don’t realize that even a brisk walk
while on clenbuterol will help you lose more weight and more quickly to without
too much of a change with your regular diet. Now if you can add a reduction in
calories to the mix, you will lose massive amounts of fat in record time.
